Limited financial assistance is available to eligible families. To apply for financial assistance, complete and return the Financial Information Form.
For New Campers:

For Returning Campers:
- Print and complete the 2012 Respite Registration Form.
- Print and complete the Returning Camper Intake Form.
- To apply for financial assistance, complete and return the Financial Information Form.
- Once the form is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation and invoiced will be issued.
- After you receive the invoice, a 50% deposit is required to secure camper’s enrollment in designated session(s).
- Complete Emergency Information and Medication Form.
- Complete Medication Dosage Form (if applicable).
