Referral Process
For Families:
Families interested in having a son/daughter attend one of our ESY programs should notify their child’s IEP team of their interest in our program. ESY eligibility and services are determined by the child’s IEP team.
For School Districts:
School Districts interested in having a student attend one of our ESY programs should send the student’s current IEP and most recent evaluation report to the address below. Once a student is accepted into the program, a contract will be issued to the student’s school district.
