Enrollment Process

Limited financial assistance is available to eligible families. To apply for financial assistance, complete and return the Financial Information Form.

Note: Our programs may not be a good fit for some children who present with aggressive or oppositional behaviors, limited language skills, limited cognitive ability or limited self-care skills. They may best be served by a program that offers a higher level of individual support and/or is geared toward behavior modification.

We are happy to recommend an appropriate camp for your child if we believe they would best be served by another program.


For New Campers:

  • Print and complete the New Camper Intake Form.
  • Send us via postal mail, fax or email camper’s latest (within 2 years) neuropsychological or psychoeducational evaluation to:

  • If camper seems to be an appropriate fit for our program, Holly Zipperer, Director of Summer Programs, will contact you.
  • Print and submit Release of Information Form so we may contact the professionals working with the camper.
  • Schedule an Intake Interview (in person or via phone).
  • Upon completion of the interview and after professional references have been contacted, we will extend an acceptance into our program.
  • Print and complete 2012 Registration Form to indicate which session(s) camper would like to participate in.
  • To apply for financial assistance, print and complete the Financial Information Form.
  • Upon receipt of 2012 Registration Form an invoice will be issued.
  • After receiving the invoice, a 50% deposit is required to secure camper’s enrollment in designated session(s).

Prior to the start of camp…

  • Complete Emergency Information and Medication Form.
  • Complete Medication Dosage Form (if applicable).

The length of the enrollment process will be determined by how long it takes to submit forms, schedule and conduct the interview, and how soon we can contact professionals. To expedite the enrollment process, please let all professional references know that we will be calling. The whole enrollment process can take place in a week.

For Returning Campers:

We know that all campers grow and change within a year. It is important that we get an update about returning campers before camp starts.

  • Print and complete 2012 Registration Form to indicate which session(s) camper would like to participate in.
  • Print and complete a Returning Camper Intake Form.
  • To apply for financial assistance, print and complete the Financial Information Form.
  • Upon receipt of 2012 Registration Form an invoice will be issued.
  • After receiving the invoice, a 50% deposit is required to secure camper’s enrollment in designated session(s).
